adopt the following recommendations in the report dated January 23, 2025 from the Commissioner of Community and Health Services: Council authorize the General Manager, Housing Services to apply for repayable loans and forgivable loans under Affordable Housing Fund with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Upon approval of the Region’s Affordable Housing Fund application, Council authorize the Commissioner, Community and Health Services to negotiate and enter into repayable and forgivable loan agreements with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and execute all related documents on business terms satisfactory to the Commissioner and legal terms satisfactory to the Regional Solicitor.
