Jolliffe The Board adopt the following recommendations in the report dated December 17, 2025 from the General Manager: The Board of Directors approve a direct purchase contract between Housing York Inc. and York Region Food Network for one year, commencing April 1, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms, at a cost of $72,000 per year, excluding HST, for the delivery of affordable fresh food markets. The Board authorize the General Manager to execute the direct purchase contract and authorize any renewal options.
