That the Board adopt the following recommendations in the report dated March 25, 2021 from the General Manager: The General Manager be authorized to use methods of procurement consistent with the program guidelines to ensure that timelines can be met, expediting procurement and construction projects approved for funding under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program. The General Manager be authorized to execute all necessary documents required under the program. The General Manager be authorized to adjust funding, and direct any additional or surplus funding, as required to maximize use of funds.
