The Regional Clerk circulate this report to the local municipalities and the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), and staff continue to consult with BILD .

confirm the Minutes of the Special Council meeting held on February 5, 2026.

adopt the recommendations in the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on February 5, 2026, except for Item F.2.1.

F.2.1 York Region Transit Mobility On-Request Service Delivery Council refer to staff the report dated January 26, 2026 from the Commissioner of Public Works.

approve and enact the following bylaws:
