That Council as the Board of Health confirm the Minutes of the Board of Health meeting held on June 20, 2019.

That Council confirm the Minutes of the Council meeting held on June 27, 2019.

That Council receive the communication from Mafalda Avellino, Executive Director, York Regional Police Services Board, dated July 29, 2019.

That Council adopt the recommendations in the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on September 12, 2019.

That Council adopt the recommendations in the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on September 19, 2019 , except for Item I.1 as noted below.

That Council adopt the recommendation in Item I.1 in the Minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on September 19, 2019 .

That Council approve and enact the following bylaws:

That Council approve the 2020 Council and Committee Meeting Calendar with the following amendments: Cancel the Council Education Session / Council Special meeting on January 23, 2020. Reschedule the Committee of the Whole (Week 1) meeting on January 9, 2020 to January 16, 2020 at 9 a.m. Reschedule the Committee of the Whole (Week 2) meeting on January 16, 2020 to January 23, 2020 at 9 a.m. Reschedule the Audit Committee meeting on January 8, 2020 to January 16, 2020 immediately following Committee of the Whole.

That Council schedule the following meeting dates for the Agriculture and Agri-Food Advisory Committee: October 29, 2019 at 4 p.m. November 26, 2019 at 4 p.m.

That Council receive the private memorandum from the Chief Administrative Officer dated September 24, 2019 and adopt the confidential direction to staff.

That Council adopt the confidential recommendations in the private report of the Regional Solicitor dated September 6, 2019.

That Council appoint the following individuals to the York Region Agricultural and Agri-Food Advisory Committee for the 2019-2022 term: Janice Bartley Mark Bhim Chris Burkholder Takudzwa Chinyani Sonia Dhir Kim Empringham (York Federation of Agriculture appointee) Jenna Pegg Joan Stonehocker (York Region Food Network appointee) Brett Wills And the following alternate candidates as replacements in the event that any of the appointed candidates above are not able to participate on the committee: Kelly Logan Christopher Campbell

That Council adopt the following recommendation, as amended, in the private report of the Commissioner of Community and Health Services and Medical Officer of Health dated September 23, 2019: Council direct the Commissioner of Community and Health Services to locate a new Public Health service location at the Link, 20849 Dalton Road, Sutton, Ontario.

That Council enact Bylaw No. 2019-50 to confirm the proceedings of this meeting of Council held on September 26, 2019.
