That the Board adopt the following recommendation in the report dated January 22, 2021 from the General Manager: The Housing York Inc. Board of Directors approve an amendment to the Purchasing Bylaw No.1-18 , subject to confirmation by the Shareholder, where expenditures above the original contract amount that exceed contingency and scope limits and are more than $10,000 require joint Chair and President approval.

That the Board adopt the following recommendation in the report dated January 20, 2021 from the General Manager: The Housing York Inc. Board of Directors receive this report for information.
