The meeting will be held on December 6, 2019 at 9 a.m. in the Council Chambers, Regional Administrative Centre, 17250 Yonge Street, Newmarket, Ontario.

That Council adopt the following recommendations in the private report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services dated November 1, 2019: Council authorize the settlement of all tenant claims pursuant to the Expropriations Act, related to the subject property described in Attachment 1, for the construction of the bus rapid transit corridor on Centre Street in the City of Vaughan. The Commissioner of Corporate Services be authorized to execute the Minutes of Settlement and all necessary documentation to complete the transaction in accordance with the Minutes of Settlement.
